Please call the Livanta BFCC-QIO HelpLine at 1 877 - 588 - 1123 for appeals, complaints and case reviews, then select the appropriate menu option.

What are the HelpLine hours?

Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time to the patient. Weekends/Holidays 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. local time for appeals. Additionally, 24-hour voicemail service is available.

How do I check the status of a case or receive more information on the outcome of a case?

Please call Livanta’s toll free HelpLine at 1 877 - 588 - 1123 to check on the status of a case, or check your case status online.

Will Livanta offer designated points of contact for large providers, health care associations, or Medicare Advantage plans?

No. Unfortunately, due to the size of the regional contracts, we are not able to designate staff to specific types of stakeholders.
